USING GAMESHEET

TEAM MANAGERS: GAMESHEET TRAINING VIDEOS

Please be acutely aware of the following:

• Never add a game to the schedule ("Create from scratch" option), including exhibition/scrimmage games
• Never delete a game that is already on the schedule (always use the scheduled game)
• Never edit (add/remove/update) your team roster (player, coach, staff)
• Do not download game date for an upcoming/future weekend prior to 3 PM on Friday of each week
• Never change the Date, Scheduled Start Time, Location, Game Number, Game Type, nor Category in the Game Details tab
• Do not enter the name nor phone number of the Official Scorekeeper (leave as default entries)
• Do not set the Status of the Team Manager to anything other than "Away" (the manager is not coaching in the game)
• Never set the Status of a player to "Injured" (choose "Not Playing" instead)
• Do not enter a "Pos" (position) for any player other than a skater who is temporarily playing as a goaltender for a game
• Do not forget to change the Status of a Secondary Goalie to "Playing" or "Starting" when that goalie is in the line-up
• Never change any of the scoring entries (goals/penalties) without approval nor after referee sign-off
