Pittsburgh Pennies
The Lawrence County Lightning are proud to host a Pittsburgh Pennies Girls’ Hockey Clinic, a regional initiative supported by the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation to grow and empower girls’ hockey across Western Pennsylvania. This clinic is open to girls ages 12 and under, welcoming all skill levels—from first-time skaters to experienced players.
Our goal is to provide a fun, supportive environment where young athletes can build confidence, develop foundational skating and hockey skills, and connect with other local girls who love the game. Through age-appropriate instruction and positive coaching, we aim to strengthen and expand the girls’ hockey community in Lawrence County and the surrounding region.

Jerseys are included with registration and will be provided upon arrival.

EQUIPMENT
Full hockey equipment is required, for those who wish to participate who do not have equipment, a full set of loaner equipment will be provided.
